At the top you get city views and can see Mount Ararat on clear days. The surrounding streets are full of cafes that attract artists, digital nomads, and young professionals. The area is active from morning through late evening with outdoor seating along tree-lined streets. You'll see lots of people working alone on laptops in cafes. English is common here since it draws an international crowd. There are regular police patrols and the area stays populated late. The uphill walking gets tiring because of the elevation. Prices are higher than other neighborhoods but still reasonable compared to Western Europe.
